COMMI1&2

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Commi1&2 to support the kitchen team in food preparation and daily kitchen operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of basic cooking techniques, hygiene standards, and kitchen discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Chef and senior kitchen staff in daily food preparation.

Prepare ingredients as per recipes and kitchen requirements.

Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

Handle assigned kitchen sections and preparation work efficiently.

Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.

Follow FIFO and minimize food wastage.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.

Follow food safety standards and kitchen SOPs.

Assist during busy service hours and ensure timely preparation.

Maintain proper use and care of kitchen equipment.

Support senior chefs in smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as Commi2&1 / Commis / Kitchen Associate preferred.

Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.

Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Good discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Hospitality/Hotel Management qualification preferred but not mandatory.

Ideal Candidate

A hardworking, disciplined, and hygiene-conscious kitchen professional who can efficiently support the Chef and maintain food quality and kitchen standards.

Experience: 2–3 Years preferred
