Role Summary: We are hiring a Commis 1 for Mezcalita to support section chefs with food preparation and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out food preparation and cooking tasks as instructed by CDP/DCDP
• Maintain mise-en-place for the assigned section
• Follow standard recipes and portioning guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and kitchen equipment
• Assist in receiving and storing stock as per hygiene norms
• Support senior chefs during peak service hours

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts preferred, freshers with relevant training may apply
• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in a similar role
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Willingness to learn and work under supervision
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
