What they need
- Reporting to Head Cher/ Manager
- Control and direct the food preparation
- ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
- Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer.
- Assist in plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages.
- Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen
- Being responsible for food hygiene practices
- Inventory management&reporting
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant
- Knowledge of Western, Oriental & Indonesian food
- Ability to remain productive when pulled in many different directions.
- Ability in English preferred not essential
- Personal attributes: good personality, courtesy, hard-worker. discipline
- Being responsible for food hygiene practices
- Safety & hygienic
- Dress code - company uniform
- Inventory management&reporting
