What they need
Assist in daily hot kitchen operations, prepare and cook food according to hotel standards, ensure proper mise en place, maintain food quality and presentation, and follow food safety and hygiene standards. Support the culinary team in smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or professional kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of hot kitchen preparation and cooking techniques.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
