Commis 2

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commis II to support our fast-paced café kitchen. You’ll be working across gourmet sandwiches, burgers, and café-style mains, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed in every dish.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches, burgers, and café menu items as per standard recipes
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Handle daily mise-en-place and prep efficiently
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours
• Monitor ingredient quality and minimize wastage
• Assist with stock rotation (FIFO) and inventory checks
• Coordinate with team for timely order execution

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in café / QSR kitchen
• Basic knowledge of sandwiches, burgers, and continental food
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
