COMMIS – CARVING

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Commis – Carving to assist in the preparation, carving, and portioning of roasted meats for buffet and à la carte service. The successful candidate will ensure consistent portion sizes, proper presentation, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and carve roasted meats according to established standards and portion sizes.
• Ensure proper portion control and consistent presentation of meat dishes.
• Assist in preparing and replenishing meat selections for buffet and à la carte service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the carving station and work area.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served in accordance with quality and safety standards.
• Assist other kitchen team members with food preparation and related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level.
• At least 6 months of relevant kitchen experience is preferred.
• Experience in meat preparation, carving, or buffet service is an advantage.
• Knowledge of proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
