Commis Chef -Bakery

• Assist in the preparation, mixing, and baking of a variety of breads, viennoiseries, and other bakery items.
• Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance.
• Prepare ingredients, weigh and measure items, and handle doughs according to bakery standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including checking ingredient stock and ensuring proper storage.
• Support senior bakers and chefs in day-to-day tasks and learn from their guidance and feedback.
• Ensure timely preparation of items during service hours and assist in other kitchen areas as needed.
