First House is a modern all-day café built on one simple belief: great food starts from scratch. We don’t believe in shortcuts, frozen convenience, or pre-made products. Every sauce, dough, pasta, dressing, and dessert is crafted in-house with care.

We’re looking for passionate young chefs who want to learn, grow, and build something special from day one.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily food preparation and mise en place.
• Prepare dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support senior chefs during service.
• Help with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory.
• Ensure consistency in presentation and portioning.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (freshers from IHM or culinary institutes are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of continental cuisine and kitchen operations.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and strong work ethic.
• Passion for cooking from scratch.
