CHEF – AIRLINE CULINARY INDUSTRY

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days Working + 1 Week Off

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food as per airline catering standards and approved menus.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Handle bulk food preparation and production efficiently.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
• Follow standard recipes, production procedures, and kitchen guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
• Coordinate with the culinary and production team for timely food dispatch.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Follow all airline catering and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in airline catering, hotel, commercial kitchen, or large-scale food production preferred.
• Good knowledge of Indian and/or international cuisine.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production timelines.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
