- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and plating standards
- Assisting senior chefs with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your assigned station and kitchen areas
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Monitoring cooking times and temperatures to maintain food quality and consistency
- Supporting the kitchen team during service and peak periods
- Assisting with inventory checks and reporting any stock issues to senior kitchen staff
- Contributing to menu development and special event preparations as required
