We are looking for Commis Chef to work in Kilians Lodge Hotel In Mullagh Co Cavan
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standard and presented beautifully
- Ensure that health and safety standards are met in the kitchen at all times
- Continuously develop and innovate new dishes to enhance the menu
- Be able to work as part of a Team
Requirements:
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
39 Hour Week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: In person
Pay: €36,605.00 per year
Education:
- Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)
