Job Title: Chef de Partie – Continental Kitchen

About the Role:
Ramada by Wyndham Goa Vagator is looking for an experienced Commi 1 to lead our Continental Kitchen section. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise and is capable of running the section independently while guiding junior kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Continental Kitchen section, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Prepare and present Continental cuisine dishes to 5-star standards
• Guide, train, and supervise junior kitchen staff
• Manage mise-en-place, portioning, and quality control for the section
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Coordinate with the Sous Chef/Executive Chef on menu execution and stock requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Continental cuisine, with the ability to run a section independently along with knowledge of other cuisine preferred
• Prior experience leading or supervising a kitchen team
• Working knowledge of Goan cuisine will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Prior experience in a hotel/restaurant kitchen required
