The Role

As a Commis Chef, you will support our kitchen operations and learn the foundations of professional cooking. Your responsibilities will include:

• Food Preparation: Assisting in recipe development and ensuring artistic food presentation.
• Quality Control: Checking the freshness of ingredients and maintaining high food standards.
• Operational Support: Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining a spotless workspace and strictly following food sanitation and safety protocols.
• Maintenance: Inspecting equipment and supplies for functionality and cleanliness.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional kitchen experience is required
• Mindset: A positive "can-do" attitude and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills; you should be a reliable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Organization: Well-organized, service-oriented and able to work independently when needed.
