About the Role

Morsel Chocolates, a premium chocolate and confectionery brand in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and grow under the guidance of our senior chefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out food preparation tasks (washing, cutting, weighing, portioning).
• Assist senior chefs in preparing and plating items to standard recipes.
• Keep the assigned station clean and organised at all times.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Manage deliveries and stock using FIFO practices.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Support the team during busy periods and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience preferred; keen entry-level candidates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Fluency in English required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
