Commis Chef

We are looking for a part- time ,reliable, hands on Chef, to join our hardworking team.

The right person has to be able to follow clear spec , but also to bring creativity and to take pride in every dish. A Chef who cares about fresh food preparation, who has a good sense of organisation and cleanliness, who is enthusiastic and confident and who has a lot of energy to carry out this important role.

You will need to be flexible, have a can- do attitude and have some experience as a Commis Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

• support plating and presentation to ensure quality and consistency

• maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

• follow food safety and hygiene regulations

-support food prep and cooking process

• team work is essential, including maintaining cleanliness and high standards across the kitchen

Working hours:

20-30 hours per week

• split shifts

• weekends
