About the Opportunity

Kish Hospitality Consultant is hiring Commis III professionals for a prestigious luxury restaurant in Panjim, Goa.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in daily food preparation.
• Maintain mise en place.
• Follow standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
• Maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
• Keep the assigned kitchen area clean and organized.
• Assist with receiving and storing food items.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel/restaurant
• Indian or Continental cuisine experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a professional kitchen team.
