Position: Commis 1 Chef

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef and kitchen team in daily food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients and dishes as per restaurant standards.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Follow kitchen safety and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team during service hours.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Commis 1 Chef in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
