Park Ri are looking for a Commis Chef. Work along side our many talented and experienced chefs.

Job Description Supporting the Head Chef and kitchen team in providing outstanding quality food.

Responsibilities: Prepare, cook and present all dishes within area of responsibility.

Assist in the organisation of the assigned workstation.

Ensure food preparation is in accordance with hygiene requirements.

To ensure that food preparation areas maintained in a hygienic condition.

Requirements: 1+ years' experience in a kitchen.

Culinary training including HACCP qualification.

Flair, creativity and skills in the kitchen.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
