What they need
We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our pastry kitchen, with 3 to 5 years of experience in preparing and assisting with a variety of desserts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes
- Assist in the preparation and decoration of desserts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in pastry or dessert preparation
- Basic knowledge of Western and/or Middle Eastern desserts
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong commitment and discipline
