As a Commis Chef,you are a key part of the kitchen team,supporting the preparation of each dish with care and precision. You’ll help bring the spirit of the Caribbean to life through food,ensuring every plate is a delight and a reflection of island life.

Your role will focus on delivering exceptional food quality while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene,presentation,and care. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth kitchen operation and providing guests with a memorable culinary experience.
