Are you passionate about baking, desserts, and food preparation? We are looking for a creative, responsible, and dedicated Bakery Chef to join our team at Intensity Brew.

Freshers with a strong interest in baking are welcome to apply! We are open to training the right candidate who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and grow in the hospitality industry.

Position Details

• Position: Bakery Chef
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Salary: ₹15,000–₹23,000 per month (based on skills and experience; to be discussed during the interview)
• Location: Lavelle Road, Bengaluru
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: As per café operational requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, brownies, cookies, tea cakes, and other bakery products.
• Prepare French toast and other café-style food items as per the menu.
• Follow standard recipes, measurements, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, freshness, and product quality.
• Plan daily production according to expected demand and café requirements.
• Maintain proper stock records of ingredients and monitor inventory levels.
• Minimize food wastage through proper production planning and storage.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, baking equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of ingredients and prepared products.
• Assist with menu development and introduce new dessert ideas when required.
• Coordinate with the barista and café team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Prior professional experience is not mandatory. Suitable freshers with a genuine interest in baking and food preparation are encouraged to apply.
