What they need
- Food Preparation: Prepare and portion ingredients for dishes, following recipes and portion sizes as directed.
- Cooking Assistance: Assist in cooking and plating dishes under the supervision of senior chefs (e.g., Chef de Partie, Sous Chef).
- Kitchen Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, storage areas, and kitchen tools. Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Plate Presentation: Assist in ensuring dishes are presented to a high standard before they are sent out to customers.
- Learning and Development: Continuously learn cooking techniques, safety standards, and kitchen operations from senior chefs.
- Equipment Handling: Use kitchen tools and equipment (such as knives, grills, ovens, etc.) safely and properly, maintaining cleanliness of equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
