What Your Day Will Look Like?

As a Commis Chef, you’ll be part of a passionate kitchen team, helping to create delicious dishes and memorable dining experiences for our guests. No two days will be the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a busy, supportive kitchen.

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in line with our kitchen standards.
• Support the smooth running of daily food service, including buffets, restaurant servic and special events.
• Ensure your section is organised, stocked and ready for service.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver great food while minimising waste.

What You’ll Bring?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chef with previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a hotel or restaurant. You’ll have a genuine passion for food, a basic understanding of food preparation and hygiene standards, and a positive, proactive attitude. You’ll be a reliable team player who can work well under pressure, adapt to a busy kitchen environment and is eager to learn, develop and progress their culinary career with us.
