What We're Looking For

• Culinary school graduate or equivalent; prior kitchen experience is an advantage

• A genuine passion for food and a strong desire to learn and develop

• Exposure or interest in European Coastal cuisine is a distinct advantage

• Hardworking, punctual, and reliable with a positive attitude

• Able to follow instructions carefully and work well within a team

• Adaptable and willing to assist across all kitchen sections as required

• Fluent in English

• Minimum high school diploma

• Basic Food Hygiene certificate is an advantage

• Well groomed and presentable
