Cook / Commis Chef – Tacobebé
Tacobebé is a Mexican/ American restaurant in Stanmore Bay, Auckland. We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cook / Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.
About the role
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to our recipes.
- Maintain consistent food quality, portion sizes and presentation.
- Assist with preparation and work efficiently during busy service.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Help with stock rotation, cleaning, dishwashing and general kitchen duties.
About you
- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good teamwork, reliability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Tacobebe is in Stanmore Bay, approximately 40 km north of Auckland CBD. Please consider the travel distance before applying and ensure you have reliable transport to and from work, including after evening shifts.
