We're recruiting Commis Chefs to join the kitchen team at Albert's Schloss on a fixed term contract from mid-September until the end of December. You will be a part of our Oktoberfest celebrations as well as the Christmas period - our busiest time of the year!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work through our busiest and most exciting season,developing your skills in a fast-paced,fresh food kitchen alongside an experienced team of chefs. If you're passionate about cooking and ready to build on your experience,we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing fresh,high-quality ingredients and dishes to our standards.
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy services.
• Learning from experienced chefs in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining excellent food quality,consistency and presentation.
• Keeping high standards of cleanliness,organisation and food safety throughout service.

Who We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for cooking and fresh food.
• Experience working in a busy,fresh food kitchen is essential.
• Someone who takes pride in preparing and presenting great food.
• A team player with plenty of energy and enthusiasm.
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit kitchen team.
• A hardworking individual with a willingness to learn and develop.
