What they need
About the role
We are looking for motivated and responsible team members to join our kitchen team in Tsim Sha Tsui / Mong Kok as a Commis Chef / Kitchen Helper.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations
- Prepare ingredients according to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assist chefs during daily service
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
About you
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin speaking is preferred
- Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Hong Kong
Benefits
- Monthly salary: HK$18,000 – HK$20,000
- Both full-time and part-time positions are available
- 6 working days per week / 1 day off
- Work location in Tsim Sha Tsui or Mong Kok
- Stable working environment
