What You'll Do

• Assist section chefs with prep, cooking, and plating
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work station
• Follow recipes and standards consistently and accurately
• Learn and rotate across sections to build broad kitchen skills
• Support the wider team during busy service periods

What We're Looking For

• Some kitchen experience or relevant culinary qualification
• Genuine passion for food and a career in the culinary industry
• Hunger to progress into a Chef de Partie role over time
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
