The role

At Crown Sydney, our people are at the heart of our success. We are currently seeking a passionate full-time Commis Chef to join the renowned Nobu kitchen, delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

About you

• Experience in Japanese cuisine – advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
• Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent - desirable
