Commis Chef -Pastry

• Assist in the preparation, baking, and decoration of a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts.
• Follow recipes and plating ,dessert specifications accurately.
• Prepare and handle ingredients, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Work closely with senior chefs to learn and implement new recipes and techniques.
• Ensure that workstations and kitchen equipment are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Support other kitchen team members as needed and ensure a smooth workflow during service.
