A keen learner, and a hard worker. As a commis chef, you’ll help with prep in the kitchen, general cleaning duties as well as opportunities to excel on the service line.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure food prep is completed to the highest standard
• Get involved and help where possible with the service line
• Support the kitchen team in the daily running of the kitchen
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Keep the storeroom organised
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised
