We at Mokoko, based in the south west, and are located in the areas of Bath, Bristol and Portishead. Everything we do is made by hand each day in front of our customers. The simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu which focuses on hand made viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads. We have a new opportunity in our Spitfire Hanger store, situated in the Brabazon Airfield Development, North Bristol. Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, you would be responsible for the preparation of the daily lunch menu.
