Casa Luna Group is a hospitality group in Ubud, Bali, encompassing Casa Luna Restaurant, Indus Restaurant, and Honeymoon Guesthouse, including Honeymoon Kitchen and Honeymoon Bakery. The group is dedicated to delivering authentic hospitality experiences while celebrating and preserving Balinese culture, traditions, and community values.

We are currently looking for a COMMIS to join our team at INDUS RESTAURANT. If you are passionate about food, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are eager to contribute to a team committed to quality and authentic hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
• Good attitude, responsible, and hardworking.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, 6 days a week with 1 day off.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure food is prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the assigned workstation.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with stock preparation and proper storage of ingredients.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Follow instructions from the Chef and maintain good teamwork.
