What they need
- Assist the Chef and kitchen team in preparing and producing food according to established recipes and standards.
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meat, seafood, sauces, and garnishes according to the daily production requirements.
- Ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work station, kitchen equipment, and preparation areas.
- Assist in the preparation of food items for daily operations and beach club service.
- Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and handled according to food safety procedures.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use and report any issues to the Chef or Supervisor.
- Follow proper portioning, presentation, and plating standards as instructed by the Chef.
