Tanggungjawab:
- Membantu chef dalam penyediaan bahan mentah dan hidangan mengikut resepi.
- Memastikan tempat kerja dapur dalam keadaan bersih dan tersusun.
- Mematuhi standard kebersihan dan keselamatan makanan sepanjang masa.
- Membantu dalam penyediaan hidangan tradisional Melayu dengan tepat dan cekap.
- Menyediakan hidangan asas masakan melayu.
- Mengambil arahan daripada chef dan mengikutinya dengan teliti.
