About the role

Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards. Support daily kitchen operations and work closely with the culinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards
• Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, portioning, and storing food items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries
• Support daily kitchen operations and work closely with the culinary team
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards

About you

• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude, responsible, and reliable
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
