Commis/ Demi Chef

ORA Hospitality Group, behind Babette Social Eatery, Chouchou and 180 Modern fire grill, is looking for talent !

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Commis Chef or Demi Chef to join our passionate team on this exciting journey.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee your assigned kitchen section to ensure consistent quality in every dish.
• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to our high standards.
• Assist the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily operations, including mise en place, stock control, and ordering.
• Maintain food safety and kitchen hygiene at all times.
• Collaborate with the team on new menu ideas and seasonal specials.
• Promote teamwork, positive communication, and a culture of mutual support.
