1. Food Preparation**:** Performs various food preparation and cooking techniques according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, to ensure all foods are prepared according to checklist. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring.

2. Kitchen Tools - use proper kitchen tools for preparation of foods, handling unboxing tools, wear appropriate personal protective clothing, and use correct lifting procedures as necessary to avoid injury.

3. Food wastage - collaborate with CDPs or Sous Chef to review the requirements of the day's meals. Participates in ordering and cost controlling food requisitions to avoid overproduction and unnecessary food wastage.

4. Bakery Production - Prepare bakery items accurately to follow thawing and baking guidelines to ensure product quality and visual appearance within baking standard. Test bakery products to determine quality by tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils.

5. Health & Hygiene - Follow hygiene and safety protocols (HACCP Standards) strictly to maintain a safe kitchen environment**.** Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests and employees. Take necessary precautions to avoid any accidents or injuries in kitchen and report immediately to the supervisor in case of any mishaps.

6. Inventory Control - Assist with stock rotation and keep records of daily inventory of items to ensure sufficient supplies of food and ascertain oversupply of food to avoid wastage and spoilage.

7. Events - understand the socio-cultural events and functions around Doha, special food needs for the occasions, and extend support for any kind of last-minute event set up**.**

8. Policy & Procedure – Follow all relevant company policies, procedures and standard operating procedures so that company’s core values are best practiced to run the business fairly and consistently completing its mission.

Pay: QAR200.00 - QAR2,100.00 per month
