What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- รับผิดชอบการปรุงอาหารหน้าเตา (Main Course) ให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานของร้าน
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยและตรวจสอบคุณภาพวัตถุดิบใน Station ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- เตรียมวัตถุดิบ (Mise en Place) เช่น การหั่น ปอก เตรียมซอส และสต็อกต่างๆ
- ดูแลความสะอาดหน้าเตาและอุปกรณ์ตามหลัก Food Safety
- จัดเก็บวัตถุดิบในตู้เย็นให้เป็นระเบียบตามระบบ FIFO
- บริหารจัดการสต็อกวัตถุดิบ สั่งของเข้า-ออก
