3* STAR HOTEL HIRING FOR COMMIS II:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Commis II to join our Kitchen Team. If you’re passionate about food, maintain high hygiene standards, and can deliver quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Prepare soups, sauces, vegetables, entrées, and à la carte dishes.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Follow HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Properly handle kitchen equipment and food items.
• Ensure timely and efficient food production for guests and staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hotel experience as Commis II.
• Culinary Diploma or related qualification is preferred.
• Good knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• PIC Certificate is an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills and inventory system knowledge is a plus.
