Commis II

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Commis 2 to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist in daily kitchen operations and ensure food is prepared according to the required quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie and kitchen team with daily food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients and basic dishes as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
• Assist with receiving and checking food supplies when required.
• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Commis 2 or similar kitchen position in a hotel or restaurant.
• Hotel or 5-star hospitality experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.

Experience:

• Hotel: 1 year (Preferred)
• kitchen: 2 years (Preferred)
