Responsibilities

·        Assist in the preparation and cooking of our signature crab dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

·        Prepare ingredients, ensure proper storage, and manage kitchen inventory.

·        Support the culinary team during service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

·        Participate in training and development activities to enhance your culinary skills.

Requirements

·        Basic culinary training or a strong interest in pursuing a culinary career

·        Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced chefs

·        Good organizational skills and attention to detail

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

·        Passion for cooking and a keen interest in crab cuisine
