**Key Responsibilities:**As a valued member of our culinary team, you will:
Inspire & Guide: Motivate and train apprentices and co-workers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Budget Consciousness: Work within budgeted guidelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Preparation Mastery: Prepare an adequate level of mis-en-place based on business levels, always staying ready for service.

Cooking Excellence: Prepare and cook complete meals, individual dishes, or special meals as instructed by the Chef, maintaining impeccable standards.

Leadership Support: Oversee and guide subordinate personnel in food preparation, cooking, and handling to ensure consistency and quality.

Menu Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan menus, estimate food portions and costs, and monitor inventory levels.

Policy Adherence: Follow resort policies and procedures, including grooming standards, to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

Team Contribution: Assist with other duties as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
