- Membantu proses preparation bahan baku sesuai kebutuhan kitchen.
- Membantu proses produksi dan memasak sesuai arahan Chef dan recipe yang ditetapkan.
- Menyiapkan bahan, bumbu, dan peralatan sebelum operasional.
- Memastikan kualitas, kebersihan, dan kondisi bahan baku sebelum digunakan.
- Menjaga standar porsi dan kualitas makanan sesuai arahan atasan.
- Membantu Chef dalam proses plating dan penyajian makanan.
- Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area kerja serta peralatan kitchen.
- Membantu penyimpanan bahan baku sesuai standar food safety dan FIFO.
- Membantu mengontrol penggunaan bahan dan meminimalkan waste.
- Mengikuti arahan dan training dari Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, atau Senior Cook.
- Membantu station tetap siap selama operasional berlangsung.
- Melaksanakan tugas kitchen lainnya sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
