Casa Luna Group is a hospitality group in Ubud, Bali, encompassing Casa Luna Restaurant, Indus Restaurant, and Honeymoon Guesthouse, including Honeymoon Kitchen and Honeymoon Bakery. The group is dedicated to delivering authentic hospitality experiences while celebrating and preserving Balinese culture, traditions, and community values.

We are currently looking for a Commis Pastry to join our team at Indus Restaurant. If you are passionate about food, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, eand are eager to contribute to a team committed to quality and authentic hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Pastry/Bakery
• Basic knowledge of pastry, bakery, and dessert preparation
• Able to follow recipes and production standards accurately
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bakery is an advantage
