THE ROLE

Great wine service isn’t about knowing a lot — it’s about knowing exactly the right thing at the right moment, and CÉ LA VI is where you’ll learn to do that properly. As Commis Sommelier, you’ll support wine service across our Restaurant and Sky Bar, building your foundation in wine regions, varietals and service technique under sommeliers who take the craft seriously — because here, everyone does.

YOU'RE THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU...

• Have a genuine passion for wine and want to build real expertise, not just serve it

• Hold WSET Level 1, or are willing to complete it during probation

• Bring hospitality or guest service experience, even if it’s not wine-specific yet

• Show up to learn — tastings, briefings and feedback are part of the job
