- Manage and supervise daily commissary operations and production activities.
- Plan production schedules based on branch demand and sales requirements.
- Ensure products meet established quality, safety, and company standards.
- Monitor raw materials, inventory, wastage, and production costs.
- Supervise and evaluate commissary personnel and ensure proper staffing.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, QA, Logistics, and Operations departments.
- Monitor equipment, facilities, and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare and submit production, inventory, and operational reports.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure timely preparation and distribution of products to branches.
