Commision-Based Sales Agent

About the role

Prime Medica Supply, Inc. seeks a Sales Agent to manage existing customers and grow sales in Bicol and surrounding areas. The territory generated average monthly sales of approximately PHP 132, 572.57 from January to July 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and develop new customers

• Sell medical products

• Coordinate orders and customer concerns

• Join company meetings and events

About you

• At least 2 years of sales experience; Medical sales preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to manage the territory

Benefits

• Commission-based compensation: Proposed commission rates are 20% for the first year.
• Performance evaluated on sales; commissions calculated on actual collections, including collections of existing receivables from the first month.
• Product, pricing, and order-processing support provided

Commission & Expenses

• Performance is evaluated on sales; commissions shall be computed strictly on Net Cleared Collections, defined as total customer payments cleared and verified in the Company’s official bank account, less direct delivery costs incurred for those specific orders.

• The Agent pays all sales expenses (travel, fuel, accommodation, meals, promotions, communication, etc.) No separate allowances or reimbursements.

Contract Terms

• Initial term: 1 year; renewal subject to performance.
• The contract will be terminated if monthly sales are PHP 120,000 or less for two consecutive months.
• Monday to Friday working days
• Daily report to Manila Head Office is mandatory and company’s mobile-based reporting app
