Commissary Cook (Baking/Pastry)

The Commissary Cook – Baking/Pastry is responsible for preparing, baking, and producing food products, baked goods, pastries, and other commissary items according to the company’s approved recipes, standards, and production requirements. The role ensures consistency in product quality, proper food handling, cleanliness, and timely completion of production.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school graduate or senior high school graduate is usually preferred.
• Vocational training in food handling, culinary, or hospitality (specifically in baking/pastry) is required

Experience:

• Experience in baking, pastry, commissary, central kitchen, bakery, or food production.

Skills:

• Basic food preparation knowledge
• Proper cleaning and sanitation practices
• Safe handling of kitchen tools and equipment
• Basic inventory handling

Personal Skills:

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Can lift boxes or supplies when needed
• Hardworking and dependable
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good attitude
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays

Pay: From Php19,630.00 per month
