Commissary Data and Inventory Analyst

Key responsibilities

Daily reporting cycle

1. Collect and consolidate daily production output and inventory movement submissions from the

production and warehouse teams into the group reporting format.

2. Validate submissions against defined tolerance rules for quantity, unit of measure, and SKU

accuracy before consolidation.

3. Resolve routine discrepancies directly with the submitting supervisor, following up to closure

without escalation.

4. Release the consolidated daily report by the agreed cutoff time.

Inventory and valuation

1. Produce ending inventory in both quantity and peso value on the daily and month-end schedule.

2. Reconcile physical count results against system and report balances; investigate and document

all variances.

3. Track and report wastage, spoilage, yield loss, and consumption against standard, by SKU and by

receiving branch.

4. Monitor stock cover and flag stock-out and overstock risk before it affects store fulfilment.

Master data governance

1. Maintain the SSOT SKU database in line with the established naming conventions, syntax rules,

and documented exceptions.

2. Maintain master templates, dish build guide component lists, and the automated restocking and

purchase order templates.

3. Run the periodic naming and data-quality audit; correct exceptions and log all changes.

4. Keep the SKU database reconciled against the recipe master and active menu listings across all

brands and storefronts.

Reporting and analysis

1. Prepare variance, wastage, and consumption reports on the agreed cycle.

2. Identify recurring data-quality problems at source and propose fixes to the Commissary Head.

3. Escalate exceptions only, with supporting detail and a recommended action.

4. Support product costing and cost-change analysis as assigned.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
